The word of the Lord is sound

The word of the Lord is true

It cannot return void

But is sent forth with destiny

And bears perfect fruit

So lay your heart

     On the words he speaks

They are a safe house

In them is peace and power

Lay aside your fears

     And trust wholly in

The Lord your God

What god is like him

Who is for you and not against you

Who pours out his blessing

     Generation to generation?

He is our God

     And he is true.
